Job Title: Caregiver 3rd shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Holt, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a “Caregiver 3rd Shift” position in Holt, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for this role. Nationally, caregiver wages typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and regional cost of living, with many areas reporting averages closer to $15 to $20. In Michigan, especially in urban areas or those with a higher cost of living, competitive rates can often exceed $15 per hour. Therefore, while $14 may be acceptable in some contexts, it is generally not competitive and may limit the appeal of the position among potential candidates seeking better compensation.
