Job Title: Caregiver 3rd Shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 3rd Shift” role in Sterling Heights, MI is generally below the industry standard. According to various sources, caregiver positions in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, with rates often influenced by experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. For third shift roles, which may require night or more demanding hours, higher pay is common to attract workers. Consequently, while $15 per hour may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller agencies, it may not effectively align with industry standards, especially for caregivers with more experience or specialized skills.
