Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 3rd Shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 3rd Shift” position in Sterling Heights, MI, tends to be below the industry standard. While caregiver wages can vary widely based on experience, location, and specific duties, the average pay for caregivers in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with some roles offering higher wages for specialized care or overnight shifts. Given this context, the offered rate of $15 may be less competitive and could pose challenges in attracting qualified candidates, particularly in a market where many caregivers seek compensation that reflects the demanding nature of the job and the increased costs of living.
