We offer a comprehensive range of caregiving services, including basic companion care—such as light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and meal preparation—as well as more specialized personal care services, including assistance with incontinence, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers may work various shifts, ranging from 1 to 24 hours, and can select schedules that accommodate weekends, mornings, or evenings.
Compensation is set at $14 per hour, with monthly scheduling and the ability to choose only the hours you wish to work. We also provide quarterly training sessions, along with individualized training to ensure you are fully equipped for your role.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home environment
- Strong attendance history
- Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills
- Two references are required
- Direct deposit must be arranged to a bank account or prepaid card
- Ability to pass a background check
- CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certifications are advantageous
- Valid car insurance is required
