Caregivers can expect to work various shifts, from one to twenty-four hours, encompassing weekends, evenings, and mornings.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $14 per hour, along with monthly scheduling options that allow you to select the hours you wish to work. Additionally, our comprehensive training program includes quarterly training sessions and personalized instruction, ensuring you are fully prepared for your role, regardless of your level of experience.

Additional Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• A strong attendance record
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Two professional references
• Direct deposit into a bank account or prepaid card is required
• Ability to pass a background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certification are advantageous
• Valid car insurance
