Our Caregivers provide a comprehensive range of services, from basic companion care—which includes light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation—to more specialized personal care, such as assistance with incontinence, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Shifts vary in length, ranging from 1 to 24 hours, and may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

We offer competitive compensation of $9-12 per hour, consistent monthly schedules, and the flexibility for you to select the hours you wish to work. Additionally, we provide quarterly training as well as tailored training to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your role.

Additional requirements include:
– A minimum of two years of experience working with seniors in a home setting
– Excellent attendance record
– Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
– Two references required
– Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card necessary
– Ability to pass a background check
– CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certification is a plus
– Valid car insurance
