The scope of services provided by our Caregivers ranges from basic companion care—which includes light housekeeping, sitting services, transportation, meal preparation, and more—to more intensive personal care, such as assistance with incontinence, transfers, dressing, and bathing. Our Caregivers have the flexibility to work varied shifts, including 1- to 24-hour assignments on weekends, nights, and mornings.

We offer a competitive wage of $14 per hour, personalized monthly schedules, and the ability to choose your available hours. Additionally, we provide quarterly training sessions as well as individualized training to ensure that you feel prepared and confident in your role.

Additional Requirements Include:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• A strong attendance record
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Two professional references
• Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card is required
• Ability to pass a background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certifications are advantageous
• Valid car insurance
