Our Caregivers deliver a broad spectrum of services, ranging from basic companion care—such as light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and meal preparation—to more comprehensive personal care, which may include incontinence care, assistance with transfers, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers have the flexibility to work various shifts, from one to twenty-four hours, including weekends and evenings.

We offer competitive compensation of $14 per hour, provide monthly schedules, and allow you to select the hours you wish to work. Additionally, we offer quarterly training sessions as well as individualized training to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your role.

Additional requirements include:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• An excellent attendance record
• Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills
• Two references
• Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card is required
• Ability to pass a background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certifications are advantageous
• Valid car insurance
