Our caregivers provide a wide array of services, ranging from basic companion care—such as light housekeeping, sitter services, transportation, and meal preparation—to more essential personal care, including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers are also offered the flexibility to work various shifts, from 1 to 24 hours, including weekends and nighttime.
We offer competitive compensation at $14 per hour, along with monthly scheduling that allows you to select the hours you wish to work. Additionally, we provide quarterly training sessions as well as individualized training, ensuring you are well-prepared for every assignment.
Additional requirements include:
- A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
- An excellent attendance record
- Proficiency in English and exceptional communication skills
- Two professional references
- Ability to set up direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card
- Capability to pass a background check
- CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Valid car insurance
