From basic companion care—which includes light housekeeping, sitting services, transportation, meal preparation, and more—to more intricate personal care services such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing, our Caregivers are equipped to provide a diverse array of services. Shifts vary in duration from 1 to 24 hours and may include weekends, nights, and mornings.

We offer a competitive wage of $14 per hour, along with monthly scheduling options tailored to the hours you choose to work. To ensure you are well-prepared, we provide quarterly training sessions as well as individualized training, ensuring that you are never sent into a situation unprepared.

Additional requirements include:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills
• Two professional references
• Ability for direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card
• Successful completion of a background check
• Certification as a CNA, HHA, or training in BLS/CPR is a plus
• Valid car insurance
