Our Caregivers offer a diverse array of services, ranging from basic companion care—which encompasses light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation—to more specialized personal care, including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. They have the flexibility to work various shifts, from one to twenty-four hours, including weekends, nights, and mornings.

We offer competitive compensation at $14 per hour, along with monthly schedules based on hours that you select. Ongoing training will be provided quarterly, as well as tailored training sessions to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your role.

Additional requirements include:
– A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home care setting
– A strong attendance record
– Proficiency in English and exceptional communication skills
– Two professional references
– Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card
– Ability to pass a background check
– CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR certifications are advantageous
– Valid car insurance
