Your responsibilities will range from basic companion care, including light housekeeping, sitter services, transportation, meal preparation, and more, to more specialized personal care such as incontinence support, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, spanning from 1 to 24 hours, including weekends, nights, and mornings.

We offer a competitive rate of $14 per hour, flexible monthly scheduling, and the autonomy to select the hours you prefer to work. Our training program includes both quarterly sessions and individualized training to ensure you feel confident and prepared in every situation.

Additional requirements include:

– A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
– A proven track record of excellent attendance
– Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
– Two professional references
