Our Caregivers deliver a comprehensive range of services, from fundamental companion care—which encompasses light housekeeping, sitting care, transportation, meal preparation, and more—to more specialized personal care, including incontinence support, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers may work varied shifts, from 1 to 24 hours, including weekends, evenings, and mornings.

Compensation is set at $14 per hour, and we offer flexible monthly schedules that allow you to select the hours you wish to work. Our commitment to your professional development includes quarterly training sessions and personalized instruction, ensuring that even the most seasoned caregivers feel confident and prepared.

Additional requirements include:
– A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
– A proven history of excellent attendance
– Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
– Two references
– Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card
– Ability to pass a background check
– Certification as a CNA, HHA, or in BLS/CPR is a plus
– Valid car insurance
