Job Description
Job Title: CAREGiver Brecksville, Ohio Area
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Seven Hills, OH
Pay: $15 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $18 for a CAREGiver position in the Brecksville, Ohio area, particularly in Seven Hills, falls within a competitive range, though it may be slightly below the national average for similar roles. According to data as of late 2023, the typical pay for caregivers in Ohio generally ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities. While the offered rate is on the lower end of this spectrum, it aligns with more entry-level positions; factors such as cost of living in the area and employer benefits may also influence overall competitiveness. Therefore, while it is not the highest rate available, it can still be considered reasonable for the role in this location, especially for those just starting in the caregiving field.
