Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Companion Care Home Care – OH
Location: Boardman, OH
Pay: $12 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $15 per hour for a caregiver role in Boardman, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages and local cost of living considerations. As of recent data, caregiver wages typically range from $13 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job. In Ohio, the average wage for caregivers is closer to $15 to $17 per hour. Thus, the offered rate may struggle to attract skilled candidates, reflecting a potential need for adjustment to remain competitive in the market and to accommodate the increasing demand for caregiving services.
