Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on enhancing their overall quality of life. Responsibilities

– Lead small group and skill-building activities

– Provide companionship and emotional support
– Assist with mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation

– Perform light cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications
– Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
– Certification in First Aid and CPR is required
– Basic skills in housekeeping and cooking
– Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines diligently
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with creativity and enthusiasm
– Capability to lift up to fifty pounds
