AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $18 for a caregiver in Springboro, OH, is generally competitive within the industry, though it is on the lower end compared to national averages. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for caregivers in Ohio typically ranges from $14 to $20, with variations depending on experience, certifications, and the specific responsibilities of the role. The rate offered in Springboro aligns with regional trends but may fall short for attracting candidates with specialized skills or extensive experience.
