We are seeking dependable caregivers for the Brighton and Howell communities to provide personal, companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly as well as those in need of recuperative or ongoing care.
Personal Care Responsibilities (may vary by client):
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering, grooming, and dressing
- Monitoring mobility
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition and clean-up
- Adhering to established care plans
- Communicating professionally with family members and team members

Position Summary:
As a Caregiver for seniors, you will deliver compassionate, individualized care that ensures comfort and well-being. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will apply your expertise in long-term care and personal support to assist residents with daily activities while maintaining a safe and nurturing living environment.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in long-term care, along with home and community care
- Strong personal care skills, especially in supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Familiarity with first aid and emergency response procedures
- Background in assisted living and memory care environments
- Knowledge of residents’ rights and skills in monitoring vital signs
- Capacity to effectively engage with seniors, including those with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer’s disease
- Proficiency in meal preparation and sustaining a clean living space
