Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver for Brighton Howell Area
Company: Home Helpers
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a caregiver position in the Brighton Howell area of Farmington Hills, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay scale within the industry. As of 2023, caregiver wages can vary widely based on experience, qualifications, and specific job duties, but the average hourly pay in Michigan tends to range from $15 to $20 for entry-level positions, with more experienced caregivers earning upwards of $25 or more per hour. Given the rising demand for caregiving services and the higher cost of living in suburban areas, this pay range might be perceived as less competitive, potentially affecting recruitment and retention of qualified candidates. Overall, while the offered rates are within a typical range, they may not fully reflect the industry standards considering local market conditions and the level of care required for the job.
