Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver for Canton MI Area
Company: Home Helpers
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Pay: $16 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a caregiver position in the Canton, MI area, specifically Farmington Hills, is relatively competitive but slightly below the average for this profession in Michigan. As of 2023, caregiver wages typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with variations depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. While this pay rate may attract some candidates, it may not fully reflect the increasing demand for caregivers driven by an aging population, which often leads to higher compensation in the industry. Ultimately, while the offered range is within the general standard, it might benefit from adjustment to attract qualified applicants effectively.
