Job Title: Caregiver for Senior Living

Company: Crystal Creek Senior Living

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a “Caregiver for Senior Living” role in Canton, MI, is generally below the average pay for similar positions in the region. According to various sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job market analyses, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and job responsibilities, with many employers offering rates around $18 to $22 per hour to remain competitive. Thus, while $16 may be acceptable for entry-level or less demanding roles, it may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates in a market increasingly focused on fair compensation for caregiving professionals.
