Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver for Woodhaven and surrounding areas
Company:
Location: Woodhaven, MI
Pay: $14 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15.50 for the caregiver role in Woodhaven, MI, appears to be in line with industry standards, though it may be considered slightly below average. As of late 2023, the typical hourly wage for caregivers in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $18, with some higher-end positions approaching $20 or more, especially for roles requiring specialized skills or certifications. Given the cost of living in the area and the demand for caregivers, this rate may attract candidates but could be challenging for retention and may not fully reflect the responsibilities associated with caregiving work. Overall, while the rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not sufficiently reward experienced caregivers.
