Job Title: Caregiver for Woodhaven and surrounding areas

Company:

Location: Woodhaven, MI

Pay: $14 – 15.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15.50 for a caregiver position in Woodhaven, MI, falls below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific duties involved. In Michigan, the average caregiver salary also tends to align with this range, particularly in urban areas. While the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates or those with limited experience, it may struggle to retain more skilled caregivers or those seeking to meet the rising costs of living, thereby indicating a need for adjustment to enhance competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
