Hiring Care Professionals to join our team for all shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. At Home Instead, we prioritize our Care Professionals, fostering an environment of care, support, and encouragement. We invite you to be a part of our dedicated team! No certifications are required, and you can truly make a difference in the lives of older adults by providing compassionate and meaningful care.

As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include delivering non-medical home care services, which encompass light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.), companionship, and transportation assistance.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with $15.00 per hour for shifts Monday through Friday and $16.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Current STNAs will earn $16.00 per hour on weekdays and $17.00 per hour on weekends.

This position is classified as Full Time, requiring a commitment of 36 hours or more per week. If you prefer to work fewer hours, we encourage you to apply for one of our Part Time positions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical in-home care and assistance for clients
  • Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation

Requirements:

  • Must be 20 years of age or older

  • Clean Criminal and Background Record

  • Completion of Pre-Employment Drug Screen
