Job description:

Hiring compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated team across all shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. As a Care Pro, your responsibilities will include delivering non-medical home care services, assisting clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.), companionship, and transportation needs.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with $15.00 per hour for weekday shifts and $16.00 for weekend shifts. Current STNAs will receive $16.00 per hour for weekdays and $17.00 per hour for weekends.

This full-time position requires a commitment of 36 hours or more per week; for those wishing to work fewer hours, we encourage you to apply for our part-time opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical in-home care and assistance for clients
  • Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Offer incidental transportation
  • Provide companionship to clients and their loved ones
  • Deliver personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring)

Requirements:

  • Must be 20 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean Criminal and Background Record
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • Reliable Vehicle
  • Successful completion of Pre-Employment Drug Screen
