Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Company: Honor
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a Caregiver / Home Care Aide in Columbus, OH, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum for this role. As of 2023, the average pay for caregivers in the Columbus area typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the nature of the work (such as specialized care). While this rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and the increasing demand for home care services, employers may need to offer higher wages to maintain a competitive edge and ensure quality staff.
