Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide

Company: Honor

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a Caregiver / Home Care Aide in Columbus, OH, falls slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. In Columbus specifically, the wages are competitive within the local context but may vary based on the specific employer and the level of care required. While this pay rate can attract entry-level caregivers, it may not be sufficient to retain experienced professionals, especially in light of rising living costs. Overall, while the rate is within range for entry-level positions, it may need to be adjusted to ensure competitiveness and attract qualified candidates effectively.
