Job description:

Home Instead is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as ‘Care Professionals.’ Our mission is to enhance the world’s capacity for care by providing a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to remain in their homes while addressing the challenges of aging with dignity, kindness, and compassion.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with meal preparation
  • Offer medication and appointment reminders
  • Assist clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence needs
  • Provide specialized care for clients living with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
