Job Description: Care Professional at Home Instead

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. Primary Responsibilities:

The role of a Care Professional includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging conversation
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Offering medication and appointment reminders
  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks, including grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence
  • Caring for clients living with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor when interacting with clients
