Job description:

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals and support our mission of enhancing the world’s capacity to care. We offer a range of non-medical services that enable aging adults to remain in the comfort of their homes while addressing the challenges associated with aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and preparing nutritious meals
  • Reminding clients about medication and upcoming appointments
  • Assisting clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
  • Supporting clients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor towards clients
