Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals, referred to as ‘Care Professionals,’ to join our team in our mission to enhance the world’s capacity to care. We offer a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to remain in the comfort of their homes, addressing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
  • Offering medication reminders and scheduling assistance for appointments
  • Aiding clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and addressing incontinence needs
  • Supporting clients with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions

Requirements:

  • A commitment to treating seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring a friendly, professional, and respectful interaction with clients
