Job description:

Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as ‘Care Professionals’ in our mission to enhance the world’s capacity to care. We provide a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to maintain their independence and navigate the complexities of aging with dignity, compassion, and care.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping duties and preparing meals
  • Reminding clients about medication and upcoming appointments
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence
  • Supporting clients with Alzheimer’s and related conditions
