Job description:

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals, referred to as ‘Care Professionals,’ to join our team in fulfilling our mission to enhance the world’s capacity to care. We provide a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to remain in their homes while navigating the challenges of aging with dignity, compassion, and care.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and preparing meals
  • Providing medication and appointment reminders
  • Assisting clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence needs
  • Supporting clients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • A commitment to treating seniors and their property with the utmost dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Strong communication skills, enabling friendly, professional, and respectful interactions with clients
