Home Instead seeks compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, embodying our mission to enhance the world’s capacity for care. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations

  • Reminding clients about medication schedules and upcoming appointments
  • Assisting clients with personal grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence needs
  • Supporting clients with Alzheimer’s and related conditions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to treat and care for seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendliness, professionalism, and respect towards clients
