In this role, your responsibilities will involve traveling to the homes of your assigned clients. The specific needs of clients vary, and we carefully match Care Professionals’ skills to these requirements. Duties may include light housekeeping, companionship, accompanying clients on outings, attending medical appointments, assisting with showers, toileting, providing medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, and any other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as necessary. Please note that you will not be responsible for skilled nursing tasks such as administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy. Additionally, you will never be expected to enter a client’s home alone for the first time; your assigned senior care manager will accompany you to introduce you to the senior you will be assisting.
