Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Royal Oak, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver position in Royal Oak, MI, is below the average pay for similar roles in the region. Industry standards typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with many factors such as experience, qualifications, and the specific responsibilities of the job influencing wages. Additionally, the demand for caregivers in Michigan has risen, contributing to competitive wages in the field. Therefore, while $15 per hour is on the lower end, it may still attract applicants, but it might not retain them long-term unless supplemented by benefits or other incentives.
