At Home Instead in Clawson, you will take on the role of Care Professional (Care Pro), going beyond traditional caregiving to create meaningful connections with those we serve.
We are seeking both part-time and full-time Care Pros to join our team, with availability during weekdays and weekends. Acknowledging the value of your time, we require shifts to be a minimum of four hours, and we implement block scheduling to ensure a consistent and reliable work routine for our Care Pros.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance
- Prepare meals for clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with transportation needs
- Deliver companionship and support
- Care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Provide hospice support

Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work within our established block scheduling, which includes:
- 8 am – 12 pm
- 12 pm – 5 pm
- 5 pm – 10 pm
- 10 pm – 8 am
- Capability to drive to clients within our designated service area (southeastern Oakland County)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
