Job Opportunity: Care Professional at Home Instead

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals in our mission to enhance the world’s capacity for care. We provide a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to remain in the comfort of their own homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Care Professional, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Offering medication reminders and assisting with appointment scheduling
  • Supporting clients with personal care needs, including grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence management
  • Providing specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A genuine commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
