Typical Shift
As a Care Professional, your day will involve visiting the homes of assigned clients. We match client needs with the skills and expertise of our Care Professionals. Your responsibilities may include light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, bathing, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, and assisting with other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) based on client requirements. Please note that skilled nursing tasks, such as administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy, will not be expected. For your first visit to a client’s home, you will be accompanied by your assigned senior care manager, who will support you and introduce you to the senior you will be assisting.
