Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in our mission to enhance the quality of life for aging adults throughout Butler and Warren Counties. We offer a range of non-medical services designed to help seniors remain in the comfort of their homes while meeting the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

$400 Sign-On Bonus

Primary Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversations
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assisting with grooming and bathing
  • Helping with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Reminding clients about medications and upcoming appointments
  • Offering specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s

Candidates must be able to travel throughout Butler and Warren Counties.

Caregiver Qualifications:

  • A compassionate approach to treating and caring for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Effective communication skills to engage clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Capability to complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance is required for those driving clients

No previous experience is necessary, as skills training will be provided by Home Instead.
