Job description:

We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to fill a variety of shifts immediately. This role does not require prior experience.

As a part of our team at Home Instead, you will receive a $400 sign-on bonus, with starting pay at $15 per hour for weekdays and $16.50 per hour for weekends. Our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults across Butler and Warren Counties by providing a range of non-medical services that enable seniors to live comfortably in their own homes while addressing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Offering medication reminders and assistance with appointments
  • Supporting clients with grooming and bathing
  • Assisting with toileting and incontinence needs
  • Delivering care to individuals with Alzheimer’s
  • Treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Communicating effectively and warmly with clients

Qualifications for applicants include:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • A clean background check and drug screening

We offer a variety of shifts, which include mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with flexible scheduling options available for both full-time and part-time positions. No prior experience is necessary, as skills training will be provided by Home Instead.
