Job description:

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team and support our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout Butler and Warren Counties. We offer a range of non-medical services that enable seniors to remain in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

$400 Sign-On Bonus

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and preparing meals
  • Assisting clients with grooming and bathing
  • Supporting clients with toileting and incontinence needs
  • Offering medication and appointment reminders
  • Caring for clients with Alzheimer’s disease
  • Willingness to travel throughout Butler and Warren Counties

Caregiver Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)

No prior experience is necessary; skills training will be provided by Home Instead.
