Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Ross, OH
Pay: $15 – 20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $20 for a caregiver position in Ross, OH, is somewhat competitive and aligns closely with industry standards, though it may vary based on experience, certifications, and the specific duties involved. According to national averages, caregiver wages typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, with some regions and specialized roles commanding higher rates. In Ohio specifically, the median pay tends to hover around the lower to mid-range of this spectrum, making this rate fairly typical. However, considering the increasing demand for caregivers, especially in light of an aging population, offering higher wages could attract more applicants and help retain staff. Overall, while the rate is competitive for the area, there is potential for enhancement to better meet the growing needs of the caregiving sector.
