Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Streetsboro, OH
Pay: $16 – 19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for a caregiver position in Streetsboro, OH, falls within a generally competitive range, as caregiver pay can vary based on factors such as experience, specific responsibilities, and geographical location. As of late 2023, the national average for caregivers typically hovers around $15 to $20 per hour, meaning the offered rate is aligned with industry standards, especially considering that Ohio overall has a lower cost of living compared to coastal states. Additionally, the demand for caregivers has been increasing due to an aging population, which may suggest that wages could trend upward. Overall, this pay range appears sufficient for attracting candidates while remaining competitive within the local market.
