Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team and support our mission of enriching the lives of aging adults across Butler and Warren Counties. We offer a diverse range of non-medical services that enable seniors to remain in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

$400 SIGN-ON BONUS

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assisting clients with grooming and bathing
  • Supporting clients with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Offering medication reminders and assisting with appointment schedules
  • Providing care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other cognitive conditions
  • Traveling throughout Butler and Warren Counties as needed

Caregiver Qualifications:

  • A commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Ability to complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurance (required for driving clients)

No prior experience is necessary as skills training will be provided by Home Instead.
