Job description:

We have an immediate need for compassionate caregivers to join our team and work various shifts! (No experience required)
As a member of our Home Instead family, you will receive a $400 sign-on bonus, with starting pay beginning at $15 per hour on weekdays and $16.50 per hour on weekends. Our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults in Butler and Warren Counties by providing a range of non-medical services that empower seniors to remain in the comfort of their own homes while addressing the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and preparing meals
  • Offering medication and appointment reminders
  • Assisting with grooming and bathing
  • Supporting clients with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Delivering specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s
  • Treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Communicating with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Automobile insurance coverage
  • Submission to a clean background check and drug screening

Flexible scheduling options are available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend shifts. We provide both full-time and part-time opportunities, and no previous experience is required as skills training will be offered by Home Instead.
