Immediate openings are available for caregivers to fill a variety of shifts! (No prior experience required)
Sign-on bonus of $400
Competitive starting pay: $15 per hour on weekdays and $16.50 per hour on weekends

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team and support our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults across Butler and Warren Counties. We provide a range of non-medical services that enable seniors to remain in their homes, addressing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
– Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
– Providing medication and appointment reminders
– Assisting with grooming and bathing
– Supporting clients with toileting and incontinence needs
– Delivering Alzheimer’s care
– Treating and caring for seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect
– Communicating with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

To be considered for a caregiver position, all applicants must meet the following requirements:
– Possess a valid driver’s license
– Have a reliable vehicle
– Carry automobile insurance
– Undergo a clean background check and drug screening

We offer a variety of shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Flexible scheduling is available, with both full-time and part-time options.
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive skills training through Home Instead.
