We promote growth within our organization, starting all employees as caregivers, with the potential for training as a Med Tech. As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

– Assisting residents with daily living activities, including transfers in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
– Maintaining a clean living environment, which may involve light housekeeping.
– Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Monitoring changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating with supervisors.
– Administering medications and injections based on medical charts.
– Following schedules for resident repositioning.
– Adhering to procedures for documenting medication administrations.
– Exercising sound judgment in providing care and ensuring safety.
– Assisting fellow team members with their duties.
– Completing all required documentation and charting.
– Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
– Obtaining meal trays and assisting residents with eating.
– Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements for this position include:

– Ability to pass a criminal background check.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Reliable transportation.
– Availability to work every other weekend.
