Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Wayne, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver in Wayne, MI, is generally below the industry standard, particularly for entry-level positions. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers across the United States typically ranges from $12 to $20, depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and local demand. While Michigan’s minimum wage is also set to rise, caregivers often earn more to reflect the demands and responsibilities of the job, especially in areas with a higher cost of living or where demand for care services is rising. Hence, at $15 per hour, the rate appears somewhat competitive but may not be sufficient to attract and retain skilled caregivers in the competitive job market of the industry.
