Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Homestead
Location: Wayne, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver in Wayne, MI, is generally below the national average, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific job duties. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for caregivers is around $16 to $19, suggesting that the $15 per hour rate may be seen as less competitive, especially considering the rising cost of living and increased demand for caregivers. Therefore, while it can be considered a starting wage, it may struggle to attract and retain qualified candidates in a competitive job market.
