We prioritize career development, starting all employees in caregiver roles with training available to advance to Med Tech positions. As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

– Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
– Maintaining a clean living environment, which may include light housekeeping tasks.
– Adhering to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Monitoring and assessing changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating any concerns to supervisors.
– Administering medications and injections to residents according to medical charts.
– Following established schedules while assisting residents with repositioning.
– Documenting medication administration in compliance with protocols.
– Exercising sound judgment in providing care and ensuring safety.
– Collaborating with team members to complete their duties.
– Completing all required documentation and charting.
– Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
– Assisting residents with meals, including obtaining meal trays.
– Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
– Ability to pass a criminal background check.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Reliable transportation.
– Availability to work every other weekend.
